About ABR Lending

At ABR Lending, our mission is to set a high standard in the mortgage industry.  Our goal is to create an income stream for selected realty brokerage owners by having an ownership percentage of ABR Lending, LLC while referring mortgage loans to ABR Lending. 

As a realty company you are probably familiar with home buiilders that also own mortgage companies. These relationships are called affiliate business relationship and are legal under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act) regulations. 

We are offering an affiliated business relationship that will enable realty brokerages the ability to earn comissions from mortgage loans derived from the brokerage.
